WONWOW Company, Payment Infrastructure & Trust
WONWOW INC is building a merchant payment and growth network around established payment infrastructure, transparent merchant economics and documented provider relationships.
Business identity and public verification
WONWOW INC is a Colorado corporation. Corporate records can be independently checked through the Colorado Secretary of State Business Database Search. State registration confirms the legal business entity; it should not be interpreted as an endorsement, financial license or guarantee by the State of Colorado.
Payment infrastructure
- WONWOW’s PayFac: merchant onboarding and payment-program infrastructure, including 24/7 merchant support.
- Infinicept / Launchpay: PayFac enablement, merchant onboarding, underwriting workflows, KYC/compliance tooling, back-office operations, APIs and webhooks.
- NMI: gateway layer, APIs, merchant onboarding, webhooks, sandbox and developer tooling, with supported Ingenico card-present devices.
- Fiserv North: processing connectivity where applicable to the merchant's approved configuration.
Specific providers, processing routes, hardware, sponsor/acquiring relationships, payment methods and settlement terms can vary by merchant and are confirmed during onboarding.
Merchant support
24/7 merchant support is available through WONWOW’s PayFac. Support channels and escalation paths are provided as part of the merchant program.
Underwriting and merchant approval
Payment processing is subject to merchant underwriting, provider approval, applicable network rules and program requirements. Submission of a WONWOW merchant application does not guarantee approval, pricing, hardware availability or access to every payment method.
Pricing transparency
No hidden-fee surprises. Merchant pricing and provider fees are disclosed through the applicable commercial and merchant agreements before launch. Hardware and merchant-specific processing costs can vary by configuration.
WONWOW compares merchant economics using actual processing information whenever possible. Wholesale-based pricing and Gain-Share opportunities depend on volume, transaction mix, underwriting, provider availability and commercial terms. WONWOW does not guarantee one fixed savings percentage for every merchant.
Privacy, terms and data handling
WONWOW maintains a published Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Payment and merchant-account services can also be subject to separate processor, gateway, PayFac, acquiring-bank, card-network and provider agreements.
Developer and integration transparency
Public developer references for APIs, webhooks, sandbox resources and supported integration capabilities are available on the WONWOW developer page.
Technical buyers can review WONWOW's developer, API, webhook and integration resources.
Independent trust profiles
WONWOW is pursuing additional independent business-verification and reputation profiles. Any BBB accreditation, rating, certification or badge will only be displayed after it is actually issued or verified by the relevant organization.
Merchants can return to our business payment-processing guide or request a processing-cost review.
Eligibility, checkout availability and payment savings vary by merchant, provider and payment method.

How does gain-share work?
We agree on how savings will be measured before you move forward. WONWOW earns a share of verified savings under your agreement. Your proposal outlines pricing, scope, and any additional fees.
Does a merchant need to offer a discount?
Merchant offers are one part of the Pass experience. Eligible checkout fee savings may create additional value as those features become available. Participation and benefits vary by merchant.
Is WONWOW Pass free?
Yes. WONWOW Pass membership is free. Join with your name and email, then add your Pass to Apple Wallet or open your private digital Pass.
Can I keep my current business systems?
We review your existing setup first. Compatibility and implementation requirements depend on your systems and the payment options in your proposal.
