WONWOW Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of WONWOW INC's website, forms, merchant-information pages, WONWOW Pass and related website-based services.

Merchant processing and approval

Submitting a merchant application, statement or inquiry does not guarantee underwriting approval, a specific processing rate, hardware, settlement timing, payment method, provider, savings amount or commercial term. Merchant services are subject to underwriting, provider approval, network requirements and applicable agreements.

Pricing and savings

Payment comparisons, wholesale-based pricing discussions and Gain-Share opportunities depend on the merchant's actual volume, transaction mix, fees, underwriting, provider availability and commercial terms. WONWOW does not guarantee one fixed savings percentage for every business.

Third-party payment infrastructure

Payment services may rely on third-party processors, gateways, PayFac infrastructure, acquiring institutions and technology providers. Their own agreements, rules, privacy practices and technical requirements can also apply.

Developer information

Public API, webhook, SDK, sandbox and integration references are provided for informational and integration-planning purposes. Production credentials, merchant secrets and restricted technical information are not published on this website.

WONWOW Pass and offers

Offers, discounts, redemptions and merchant participation can vary by merchant, location, eligibility, inventory and stated offer terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person or business, or interfere with the operation of WONWOW services.

Privacy

Use of the site is also subject to WONWOW's published Privacy Policy.

How does gain-share work?

We agree on how savings will be measured before you move forward. WONWOW earns a share of verified savings under your agreement. Your proposal outlines pricing, scope, and any additional fees.

Does a merchant need to offer a discount?

Merchant offers are one part of the Pass experience. Eligible checkout fee savings may create additional value as those features become available. Participation and benefits vary by merchant.

Is WONWOW Pass free?

Yes. WONWOW Pass membership is free. Join with your name and email, then add your Pass to Apple Wallet or open your private digital Pass.

Can I keep my current business systems?

We review your existing setup first. Compatibility and implementation requirements depend on your systems and the payment options in your proposal.
