WONWOW Pass | How It Works for Shoppers & Merchants
WONWOW Pass connects people with the businesses they buy from—and gives participating merchants new ways to offer a better buy. Consumers can discover local offers, deals of the week and potential payment-related savings, while businesses gain an opportunity to create loyalty, win repeat visits and connect to a growing buying-and-selling network.
Payments that support business growth
WONWOW brings payment optimization, WONWOW Pass and business-growth software into one merchant relationship. The goal: retain more working capital, understand what brings customers through your door, and give them reasons to return.
Customer attribution
Connect WON TAP and QR campaigns with customer discovery information. Understand which locations, campaigns and reported referral sources generate engagement, and use those insights to guide your marketing.
Review velocity and customer feedback
Review velocity measures how quickly new reviews arrive over time. WONWOW's growth program is designed to make honest feedback easier to share, track review activity and turn customer experiences into useful business insights. Invitations should welcome every customer's experience, without filtering by rating.
Google Maps Map Pack ranking and local discovery
When customers search for nearby businesses, visibility in Google's local Map Pack can put your business in front of people looking for what you offer. WONWOW's business-growth strategy includes reviewing your Google Business Profile, business information, customer review activity and location content to identify opportunities to strengthen local visibility. Ask us to scope a Map Pack visibility review for your business. Specific rankings and placement are not guaranteed.
Apple Maps for businesses
Make it easier for customers using Apple Maps to recognize your business, find your location and take the next step. Our local-visibility scope can include a review of your Apple Maps business listing, including your business name, category, hours, contact details and website link. Listing updates and ongoing management are agreed during onboarding and require the appropriate account access.
Digital visibility beyond maps
Clear service information and useful location pages give prospective customers more ways to understand your business. Ask about organic search visibility and website content as part of your WONWOW growth plan. Map visibility, website rankings and customer attribution are distinct measures; we define the work and reporting included before you enroll.
Merchant offers and repeat visits
WONWOW merchants publish timely consumer and business offers through WONWOW OFFER. Pass members receive merchant benefits through WONWOW Pass; they do not use the merchant publishing tool. Each merchant controls the benefit, quantity, end time and redemption terms.
After-payment engagement and reporting
Our integration roadmap connects confirmed payments to eligible customer follow-up, attribution and merchant reporting. Automated review requests, provider webhooks and payment-linked reporting are being completed and tested before activation.
Your merchant plan defines what is included. SaaS services, reporting, visibility work and payment features are scoped during onboarding. Availability and pricing are confirmed in your agreement; Pass participation alone does not activate every service.
How merchants create offers
WONWOW OFFER is the merchant tool for creating and distributing B2B and B2C offers. Merchants manage the benefit, audience, quantity and timing. Recipients receive eligible merchant benefits through WONWOW Pass. View the merchant interface preview to see the tool.
Only WONWOW merchants publish. Pass members receive the benefits through their membership. Merchants set their own eligibility and redemption terms.

One Pass. More reasons to shop local.
WONWOW Pass is designed as a free consumer connection to participating businesses. Through the network, shoppers can discover merchant offers, new buying opportunities, and eligible alternative ways to pay. Merchant participation, offers and checkout methods vary by location and provider readiness.
For consumers
- Discover deals of the week. See offers that participating merchants choose to share, from local promotions to featured inventory and seasonal opportunities.
- Find a better buy. Compare the merchant’s normal checkout with any eligible alternative payment option, including any disclosed fees and savings, before choosing.
- Stay connected. Get information from retailers you frequent and find more of the businesses that make up your community.
- Join without a membership charge. Membership is free. Add your Pass to Apple® Wallet on iPhone®, or use the private digital-Pass link and membership QR in your welcome email.
For businesses
- Make your offers visible. Promote relevant deals, products, events and shopping opportunities to connected consumers.
- Turn an expensive checkout into a reason to return. Where supported, present eligible lower-cost payments alongside existing checkout options.
- Bring customers back. Establish repeat engagement through offers and merchant communications, subject to customer consent.
- Connect beyond your storefront. Explore relationships with other retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers through the WONWOW network.
The second buy option: how it is designed to work
The second buy option is an additional, clearly presented checkout choice—not a replacement for the merchant's existing point-of-sale or card acceptance. A participating customer can see a standard way to pay and, where approved and supported, an alternate way to complete the same purchase through eligible bank-payment methods or other lower-cost routing.
- Customer shops normally. Product, price and merchant remain the same.
- Checkout presents both choices. The merchant's regular payment method remains available. The optional second buy choice displays the payment method, any applicable fee, and total before authorization.
- Customer chooses. If eligible, the customer may authorize the alternative payment flow; otherwise the original checkout remains available.
- Merchant gets paid through approved rails. Available processing, settlement timing, returns, reconciliation and fee treatment depend on merchant underwriting and the connected payment providers.
If your business passes processing fees to customers
When a business adds a permitted credit-card surcharge or other disclosed fee, the customer feels the payment cost directly. WONWOW's second buy option is intended to offer a choice: keep the regular card checkout, or select an eligible alternate payment method that may carry a lower customer fee.
Consumer value: A clearer choice and the possibility of a lower total at checkout. Merchant value: A way to offer a more attractive purchase experience without having to absorb every card-processing expense. Availability, surcharge rules and actual rates depend on the payment method, card brand, law and provider approval; debit-card surcharges are not permitted under major U.S. card-network rules.
If your business absorbs processing fees
If you pay processing costs out of your revenue instead of adding a fee to the customer's bill, the second buy option can still matter. The customer may see the same purchase price, while an eligible lower-cost payment choice reduces the merchant's acceptance costs. A business may also choose to turn a portion of verified savings into a customer offer or loyalty incentive.
Consumer value: Convenient purchasing, merchant offers and potential shared savings when offered. Merchant value: More room in the margin, stronger working capital economics and a reason to build deeper customer relationships.

Yes. WONWOW Pass membership is free. Join with your name and email, then add your Pass to Apple Wallet or open your private digital Pass.
